Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to Just Build It, a digital ebook delivered electronically. If something goes wrong with your purchase, we aim to handle it fairly and quickly.

2. Refund window

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are generally available when one of the following applies:

• You purchased by mistake (for example, duplicate purchase).
• You could not access the download due to a technical issue and we could not resolve it.
• You have not downloaded the product yet.

Because this is a digital product, if the product has already been downloaded, refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to prevent abuse.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at burak2kanber@gmail.com and include:

• The email you used at checkout
• Your order number (if available)
• A short note about what happened

5. Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/card issuer.
