These terms govern your purchase and use of Just Build It (the “Product”), a digital ebook sold through datkanber and authored by Burak Kanber ("we", "us"). By purchasing the Product, you agree to these terms.

2. Product

The Product is a digital ebook delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Delivery

Products are available for instant digital download immediately after successful payment. Download links are provided via email and through your Lemon Squeezy account.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

5. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Product. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the Product files (or any substantial portion of them) with others.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. To request a refund, contact us at burak2kanber@gmail.com.
